Making your work shine with perfectly paired type and pictures

Let’s start with my name as it’s often commented on. It’s of Greek origin, meaning "she who brings victory" and there are several ways to say it! I don’t mind which but usually it’s Ber-er-nice.

I live in central Cambridge. I’m also an artist, with a City and Guilds in stained glass and print maker and qualifying as a coach in June 2024 with The University of Cambridge.

I believe in learning so that I can pass on my knowledge. I have a Masters Degree in Graphic Design and Typography. You are invited to read my dissertation on the type designer John Peters.

I’ve taken courses with The Publishing Training Centre in project management, rights and image research. I’ve studied UX design courses with Transmedia and Interaction Design Academy. I’m a member of UX Cambridge, Drive The Network, and a founder member of Digital Women.

I also believe in an ethical business.

I use Good Energy for power.
I am happy to advise on eco printing.
I donate to charity including The Big Issue and volunteered my creative skills to aid The Red Hen Project in 2020.
